The Niger Delta Development commission (NDDC) has shortlisted candidates for final interview
in the NDDC Foreign Scholarship Programme 2012.
A total of 3,100
candidates out of about 6,000 that applied for the NDDC Foreign Scholarship
Scheme wrote the electronic examination. From 3100 candidates, 1089 made it to
the final list.
The candidates consisting of persons for the Master and
